When it comes to trying to handle legal matters without an attorney you will probably not do it correctly and you will regret not using an attorney. Or if you just use whichever attorney is the cheapest you can find you get what you pay for. I say get a recommendation on an attorney from someone you trust.

In my experience, most couples in their 20s and 30s dont go to church unless they have kids. I am not saying it is hard to find churches with youth programs.......

Youth program - for your kids? If you are looking for a church that has other people in their 20s good luck to you. In my experience that is VERY hard to find.

Cobb didn't purchase or steal any land from Paulding. The sign was actually in Cobb County and they placed it in the proper position. I'm sure some of you won't believe it but that is the truth. Plain, cut, and dry. Boring and no drama so I am sure it won't catch on though.

I agree that not everything is the government's fault. It just gets very frustrating when we the tax payers get stuck with the bail out.
I agree with that, too. The way it turns out is that whether the government is blamed or not, the government is stuck with rescueing the situation. And we fund the government.

Has everyone here forgotten about personal responsibility? You know that a little voice in the back of nearly every borrower's head was screaming that we can't pay this. Shame on them and shame on the idiots that gave them the loan. Not everything is the government's fault.
