  1. My husband is doing Power90 and it's worked wonders. After I get to my target weight I'm thinking about doing Turbo Jam to get ripped (ripped for a girl anyway, not manly-looking or anything). I just run three days a week and the other two week days I do some kind of strength training.

     

    What is power 90 and Turbo Jam? Are these videos or a program? I need something. I do my workout videos, run, and lift small weights for my arms/shoulders.

  2. I am in a bit of a slump. I have lost 13 pounds and I have lost motivation. I have a few pilates videos and Tae Bo. I also TiVo a few from Fit TV, but they are not getting me motivated. Does anyone have a copy of Hip Hop Abs I could borrow or buy. I want to view it first before I go out and buy a new video. Any tips and advice would be great!!!! I need some serious motivation to get back on track!!

  3. Call Jackie at The Ragsdale Inn. She makes it all from scratch and is VERY reasonable. I got my 3 layer wedding cake, groom's cake, and delivery for around $300. This has been a few years but well worth the $$$!!

  4. I am curious about a font. I have researched and googled to no avail. Can someone tell me how to view Lincoln University font? I ask because after graduating form KSU I noticed the K appears to be lowercase and being OCD I called. The gentleman informed me it was the type of font and I was mistaken. Okay....I just want to see where this font is with no capital K in it but a capital s and u available.

  5. That is my problem. my belly. At first I said it would work it's way back after a c section, but it is so hard!!! I need to make myself do more sit ups. It is just crazy with a little one jumping on you while trying to work out. He wants nothing to do with me until I am busy. Well....ya know what I mean!

  6. I say ladies because I assume they will know where I am coming from. Since having my son...almost 2 years ago I have lost most all of my baby weight but I am struggling with my mid-driff area. I have a busy schedule just like everyone else, and am not able to join a gym. I am looking for something to help. I know the tried and true...count calories and exercise. I try to exercise but get distracted easily. I do watch what I eat and rarely drink anything other than water. I tend to have coffee in the morning if I have to be up really early and out and about. Other than that I try to avoid it. I really need some advice/motivation as it is beginning to affect my self esteem. TIA

  7. My DH is in the 19th of Dec. and I am going today to pick up that perfect dress. Not the perfect price but it is on sale. I have not even thought shoes. I know that they will be black, but I need them to be WOW!! Good luck! What does your dress look like and what type of shoes are you looking for? I am a shoeaholic.

  8. Carlton Farms is awesome as well! We go every year. They do have a corn mazethat is haunted a dark. The pumpkins are great also. Real good bunch of people, family owned and operated. Don't see a whole lot of that anymore!!!

  9. My son starting this at 18 months also. He rarely pees in his fiaper now and if he poops he freaks. He will be 2 in Dec. and is doing very well. We do not stand to pee though. We sit all the time!
