Regrettably, no. You can report them to the JQC but they are underfunded, understaffed and in the process of restructuring. In November's election, an amendment to the GA Constitution abolished the JQC and it was reformed to gut transparency. I have never filed a complaint with the JQC because it is a toothless tiger and now doesn't even have a mouth.
Also, if you mention that you filed a complaint to the JQC before any formal charges are filed, you will be charged with a misdemeanor. Even if you don't mention the complaint but someone says you did, you risk conviction.
Filing with the FBI is no better. Especially with a DOJ lead by Jeff Sessions. The only thing you can do is raise public awareness and hope that emboldens someone to run against the judge.
Nobody in this county is going to run against a sitting judge.
I came here in 1980 and you wouldn’t believe the things I heard about Foster. And it was probably true but for all the fine upstanding people in this county he was like a god.

As long as I have lived in this county I don't recall any opposition to a sitting judge.

When you think of all of the things over the years, especially the last few years, that have happened on Judge Beavers' watch, you have to ask what did the supervising chief judge know and when did he know it? Culture of corruption?

But you see nothing ever came of it. He quietly retired. Didn't his daughter try to fill the vacancy? And freedom bail bonds is still in business.

He admitted to shoving her, but did more than that occur? We only have what he said because she can never say what happened. Does her body at the time of autopsy speak of more than he admitted to? Her father says he had been beating her for days. That is hearsay but does the autopsy corroborate what he is saying?
I've given many examples that reflect Beavers' judgment is suspect at best. Here on PCom you can find many examples that I have posted and I was dismissed by some as a "Beavers basher". I get no satisfaction in putting myself at risk to present information for public consideration.
Judge Beavers makes many good common sense decisions, but that should not cloud the fact that troubling decisions happen far too frequently. What level of impropriety is acceptable for a supervising judge?

Being vegan is a total lifestyle change. Especially as a young female who is still growing and experiencing menustration. She needs to be well educated on what to eat and how often.
We are meat eating mammals. We need a certain amount of fat in our body for healthy hair, nails and skin. And our bodies produce cholesterol. We need so many vitamins to keep us healthy or we run the risk of being unhealthy which can cause a myriad of problems.
At least she could add fish to her diet, she just needs to be aware of where the fish comes from. I never buy any fish products from Asian countries.
You didn't say how strict of a vegan she is but help her get all of the information she needs.

Imagine if it was reversed.
You're white, having a birthday party on a lovely day with all the family and little kids.
A bunch of black thugs pull up yelling "Black Power and death to all the white folks, especially the little kids" all while pointing their AK's at you.
You don't know if you're going to live or die. Especially you're children.
I don't think any of you would take it lightly and would want them prosecuted to the max.

I've been hearing about it for a couple of days. I thought it was bad enough they were parading their white racist hate by saying racist remarks but when I found out they were pointing shotguns at the folks at the Birthday party and saying "shoot the n*****s and the little n*****s too", I thought the sentence was appropriate.
She's 25 with children. I bet she wishes she hadn't gone on that joyful, drunken hate filled ride. Getting drunk causes irreparable damage sometimes. Thank goodness no one was shot or killed.

I did ours about two weeks ago and the State refund hit the bank in a week. We have to pay Federal every year but the state refund helps offset it.
