Yes the software is good no doubt and it functions pretty awesome making the tax filing experience amazing. You could just put your data simply and get your tax file complete but yes some times these errors do happen too but the makers of it are amazing and go through every detail and catches every minute error and the most lovely part is, you can get free turbotax in through the website and fill your form.

I have been using free turbotax from from the last 4 years without any hassle. I don't think it would make such mistake, might you have had selected the scheduled tax filling option as I have never had such experience neither have listened to someone, and about refunds they usually come fast but can take a bit more time too.

Who ever it is, it's a sad thing that happened. Hope they could match the identity and also that the case of her be solved.

Sorry I don't have the 2011 cd, i had used free turbotax online version that year. But have the following years data, anyways don't think such problems should happen as it is very much secure and it surely does submits but even though they should have one copy saved in their database if you are a registered user, you can get it from them and I think IRS must have made some mistake on their check about your last year's tax file.

Well for any thing else you can just change the computer your filling the form of turbo tax.

Don't worry, Turbo tax is really good. Just go with it and you will be able to do your own taxes every year now and then.

Turbo Tax is very much user friendly, take it with you anywhere you go, install it in as much computer you want no problems specially if you are using the free version and yes it doesn't ask for the product key every time.

It is totally user friendly and if you use it you'll understand, it asks you questions and you have to answer just in yes or no. Turbo tax is totally free to file for both federal and state. You don't have to worry for anything. But yes if you are filing for more than $57000, then I would say you should go for paid service of the same which is variably much less, as I do.
