You could have fooled me about you taking economic classes in college, because you still don't understand how the market works. If you think that consumers and business investors are not confident about Trump and the Republican plan to reduce taxes, repeal job killing EPA regulations that don't make a difference to the environment; then think again.

I quickly found several articles that point out and explain the different elements that affect consumer and business/investor confidence. Here's one. Be sure to scroll down and see #5, as it states "Announced policy shifts in the stance of government fiscal policy, including large structural spending cuts or increases/decreases in taxation rates." I recommend you take some economic classes before shooting your mouth off. Have a good evening.

Of course you would have to make an investment into renovations, by looking into what the federal standards are since it would be federal prisoners they would be housing.

Now we know the issue. Mark my words, there will come a time when there will be a push for youth soccer players, to include those in high school to wear some type of helmet to protect their heads and/or the elimination of using the head on the ball.

I really don't think you have an idea how the economy really works. Have you ever taken any economic courses in college? I've taken several in both my undergraduate and graduate programs. There are many things that have an affect on both consumer and investor confidence. Believe it or not, what government policies the government or any of its agencies i.e. the EPA enact has a huge impact. Right now, both consumer and investor confidence is high based upon the policies of this administration. It's desire for tax reform that also includes a reduction in the corporate tax rate has investors

Here's a forecast for you, just to make you happy. Hillary Clinton will attempt to run for president again in 2020, but most of the DNC will not support her because she is now toxic. She will fail once again. He already has.

I was petty? I was merely saying to you, the same thing you said to me.

I have met some diehard soccer fans in my time. The last time I was in Afghanistan, there was this young guy from Arizona who was a huge Manchester United fan. They play in England. When he took his leave, he went to England so he could see them play.

That's very true. It's hilarious that his information says a recession occurred during the Reagan administration, when in fact the recession occurred under the Carter administration. By the time the 1980 election was in full swing, we had double digit unemployment, double digit interest rates, and double digit inflation. It's the main reason Carter was a one-term president.

I read a lot of business periodicals and they pretty much all same the same thing; the rapid rise in the stock market is due to investors having more confidence in domestic policies of this administration. What those on the left fail to realize is, investors are very hesitant to invest their money when they lack confidence in an administration's domestic polices and foreign policies. The market has been especially great since his inauguration. It's more than just coincidence and it has nothing really to do with Obama (other than he's out of office). It's based upon what Trump said on

Jimmy Carter's economic policies really screwed us over.

I have to admit, I laughed while reading this. He did bring up the uranium deal with Russia quite some time ago. He wasn't the only person to bring it up either. It's also true that during the Obama administration, the EPA created environmental policies that had adverse economic affects on the manufacturing and energy industries that made little if any improvement to the environment. Coal being one of those. You also act like there was not one single act of terrorism committed by Islamist extremists in this country during the Obama administration, which is also false.

If it were Obama who said the same thing, you guys would think nothing wrong of it.

When members of the news media initially asked her questions about the phone call the widow received from the president, she should have said, "Out of respect for the widow, I will not discuss the phone call she received from the president."

What a lot of people to include the news media the fact it is under investigation and that releasing information to the public could hinder the investigation. I suspect someone someone within the Nigerian army leaked the information to those who organized and conducted the ambush as the number of their force was much greater and the location of the ambush. It looks as if they knew they were coming. Now the FBI is organizing an investigation of their own as well.

I saw that article. The congresswoman should have never gone to the news media with this at all. You have to ask why she did it knowing this would put the spouse and her children in the spotlight and cause the news media to invade their privacy to get her version of the story, which would have only added to their grief. The congresswoman did this to get her own damn face in front of the news cameras. She's a sorry piece of...

I couldn't find that on any news site.

I still have mine as well and will never part with it. Mine though is open as I purchased it and started playing it before the crash. I've see a lot concerts during my life time. When it came to showmanship, there are two that really stand out in my mind. The first is Jethro Tull. I saw them in 1976 and they put on one hell of a show; especially Ian Anderson. The second one that stands out was in 1978. Bob Seger was the headliner in that one. Playing in front of him warming the audience up was Cheap Trick and then Van Halen. Van Halen put on a hell of a show; especially David Lee R

I remember this well. They were on tour promoting their "Street Survivors" album. I bought it a couple of weeks before the crash. After the crash they changed the album cover. http://www.feelnumb.com/2009/03/24/lynyrd-skynyrd-street-survivors-album-eerie-cover/

Everyone was in a panic? Are you now the self-appointed spokesperson for everyone?

How would you propose to fund it? Where did I say "jail them all?" The US Marshals, DEA, ICE, ATF, FBI all make arrests and need places to incarcerate their detainees as they don't have their own facilities. Why not look at the possibility of using the old jail for this to generate more needed revenue for the county?
-
I see Paulding is getting a new jail to replace the 25-year old jail. http://www.mdjonline.com/neighbor_newspapers/west_georgia/news/board-oks-m-land-purchase-for-new-paulding-jail-sheriff/article_2eddf334-af8d-11e7-a231-5beae1bf27fd.html Now what to do with the old jail? I would compare the cost of demolishing it to the cost of updating it. It could be used in the future to lease out jail space to the US Marshall's Office. They normally rent jail space from county's to house their detainees as they don't have their own. The sheriff of the county I lived in in Michigan would do this a
