    Need construction recommendations

    My parents need recommendations for someone to come in and grade their front yard (correctly), grade the driveway, and install the driveway. They haven't decided if they want concrete or asphalt. They think they want asphalt, but they need to consider cost and life span.

     

    Please let me know.

    In my mind...... the question I would have to ask.......do these people work for cash money?......

     

    Seems like whoever hired them should make sure they are legal as well.....

     

    I don't mind them here.......I just think they should have to pay taxes just like we do........

    All of this just goes to show that pcom is a family! and stronger then ever as long as we can remeber these good times, they out weigh the bad times!

     

    Girl.....I have had so much fun with all the p.com family.........I have so many laughs and stories...

     

    Even when p.com set up at the Relay for life and was doing the front porch show from there....

     

    Everyone brought there bake goods.........yummy........

    And just a little over a year ago a lot of people came to a sweet 16 birthday party for some crazy women who wanted to be younger. I miss those days.

     

    I was there..........I will never for it........

    If I remember correctly you had some family come and stay with you.

    Yes they were staying with me CC...........They are all doing great......... thanks for asking...

     

    I remember the news, and the outpouring of help. I was on the road - you know fastpitch ruled my life then. LOL - I'm sorry I missed out on that one. But the Bar-b-que fundraiser at Mt. Tabor park was awesome. Does anyone remember that? For the Humane Society. Some of the best bbq I've ever had. That was the first time I met Pubby, Ellen, Meltid, Honkin', and a bunch of others.

     

    Then the hurricane Katrina thing at Hiram was pretty amazing too. That's where I met Soapmom, Lady Morgain, Kindergarten Rules, Froggy, Critty, and so many others.

     

    Wow - thinkin' about those efforts really brings back some memories...

     

     

    I was there then.................I meet a bunch of folks that day too...........for the bar b q and Katrina..

    I remember that..........It was the first time I ever met any p.commers ...........I took a cooler full of Gatorade over there............. Then some of us started having dinner together and doing Karaoke on the weekends...........I had a blast meeting everyone....... :D

    I would like to thank whom ever sent me my ribbon. I have not been on Pcom lately, except to do a quick check on Lily. I was very shocked to see that I received a ribbon and would just like to send a thank you out to the person that sent it to me. :wub:

     

    Also thank you REV for all that you are doing for Lily and thank you Cake for a cool fundraiser idea.

    Hubby had an accident

    I already called our insurance company. They said I have uninsured motorist coverage so this should act like they had insurance. At least thats what the rep said last night. I am taking him to the dr later today.

     

    That happened to me as well........My insurance took care of me and my medical bills.......also brought me a car to the accident..............no question asked..........
