They object to Mitt Romney who has been married once and has a group of fine sons they have raised but no objection to Newt Gingrich who left a wife in Carroll County who had to have help from her church to meet her utility payments while raising his children. In Georgia, the provider must retain the patient medical records for a period of ten years. By law the provider must release a full and complete record once requested in writing by the patient (there is even a cap to the amount which can be charged for the retrieval and copy.)
