  1. Have you ever watched "The Big Bang Theory"? I cannot NOT laugh at that show. Two and a half men WITH Charlie Sheen was that way as well.
  2. As long as you paid the sales tax on the new car in 2012 and any ad velorem in 2012, you can put that amount towards the 2013 Title tax and never pay ad velorem again (and I would expect what you paid this year should cover the 6.5% you would have to pay next year), or you can just continue on paying the ad velorem until you get a new car. This is a special case they made for anyone buying a car in 2012.
  3. Well it is all a thing of the past now.
  4. Here is a great summary of how the entire system works now and how you can come out ahead in the whole thing. Details about the new Tax structure on vehicles.
  5. Will that work? I was under the impression it had to be after the sell or purchase. Plus what about if I purchased a vehicle that is only in its 6th month of a 60 month loan. I hope you way is correct as it would be much easier, I am just sure that the crooks under the Gold dome made sure that way wasnt an escape route.
  6. There is a lot to be said when the sales of cheap alcohol is down dramatically and fine wines and premium alcohol is what is thriving.
  7. As long as you buy the car after 2012. Otherwise it is best to get rid of your current car, and then never get another one. If you keep the same one you have now, you will be paying Ad Velorum forever.
  8. This is a great spin on the truth. It doesn't matter that four years ago the reason I was struggling was because we had just come down in gas prices because of the election. I had a 2 hour commute with gas prices close to four dollars during the last couple of years of Bush, unemployment was skyrocketing while under bush, and he happened to get out off office before it plateaued. As for my health insurance, our premiums have decreased twice and coverage stayed the same or gotten better. I am sorry you feel so negative about life and see things through the Fox News twisted glasses, but the
  9. I am doing much better off. My industry is experiencing double digit increases with the limiting factor only being supply in the agricultural industry which is only hindered by unprecedented demand in upper end wines and such. My personal life I have NO complaints. I was roughing it 4 years ago and today neither me or my wife generally want for anything. I hazve ZERO complaints or delusions in saying I a, 10000 times better off than four years ago. And I can say the same about most of my friends and family. Not to mention my 401k and stock investments have grout me close to a 20% annual re
  10. Absolutely and do it proudly. I'd rather be progressive than pretend the world and nation hasn't progressed and let it leave my country behind with no chance to catch up. The term conservative is the biggest lie I have ever heard. It just means the group is scared of the world as it is and has been living that way for so long they do not know how to adapt to live in it as it is. The group would rather try and pretend they can go back to the "Good old days" where they could ignore the problems and live their happy life. That's not realistic, you cannot ignore the social environmental, and econ
  11. I didn't think about that. I did mine only once. Anyone that takes it multiple times to make it match the candidate they want not only deserves the hell that candidate will cause, but should be ashamed and not allowed to vote to boot. That is an underlying root of corruption.
  12. As the primary elections showed us, P.Com definitely does not give an accurate representation of the whole. Also most Democrat leaning people do not push their opinions and views as much as Republican leaning people. I am not judging on this but just calling an observation that i have made in the last few year.
  13. I love it. We get political talk and no mud flinging.
  14. If more Republicans had a list like this I would be much more inclined to side with the Republican ticket in this election, but the Social/Civil issues are a line in the sand for me.
  15. This might have worked better if people were not in the middle of watching the RNC so the Platform is not being drilled into peoples minds before the quiz is taken. I am not saying that people that are normally 100% republican would pick any differently, but the current coverage definitely adds to the theory of the power of suggestion.
  16. Brother in Law is getting married on St. Simon's Saturday. I am mad because that is opening day UGA Football and Dragon*Con. Both things I would rather be indulging in.
  17. Hmmm, so we now have 2 Gary Johnsons and 1 that is 1 point away from him being top choice. It is amazing to me that he is not heard more from. Well not really, the Republicans and Democrats have the money and control of the power so the third guy doesnt get a chance, even if he is a more realistic choice than either of the two clowns running on the major tickets.
  18. On Facebook I am having quite a few people come to these same conclusions. It may not happen this year, but I think in the coming elections we will see the emergence of a 3rd or 4th party due to the extreme views the big 2 are taking on things.

    Eggs

The only way to eat an egg is as an Omelet or Scrambled in my opinion. I cannot do the whole fried thing.
  20. I just went to ISideWith.com and took the quiz to see who I should vote for based on my views. I was pleasantly surprised that I follow the lines exactly as I expected. I am a Republican on Economic aspects, a Democrat on Social aspects and a Libertarian on EVERYTHING else. If you are brave enough, post your results below and lets see if it matches what you expected. My Results Gary Johnson 83% Barack Obama 83% Jill Stein 78% Ron Paul 65% Mitt Romney 65% Economic issues I side with Mitt Romney Science and Social issues I side with Barack Obama Environmental and F

  22. But you have the GSM Google Nexus. This is why it works on T-Mobile. They made their GSM phone work with T-Mobile. Apple on the other hand makes 1 phone that works on international GSM bands, so it doesn't support 3G on T-Mobile as they use an exclusive band that no one in the world uses besides them.
  23. Since it is T-Mobile network it is not 3G for any non T-Mobile phones. Therefore it is about useless for me.
