forms are not signed, not the first time a bank has said that to us, they don't like being sued? need to find witnesses to bring unless you have some both parties to form will be present, but do alternate POAs have to be present?

Funny, all in the area I know of may be out of business, as far as their website doesn't include them. i imagine Enterprise is still there, but they don't seem to accept any of the discount plans we belong to.
