Was by last weekend and left a note for you to call me about some ideas for Back in the Swing. Not sure if you've heard of them but Jazzercise has partnered with them to help post treatment patients get back into a 'normal' routine. Need some 'give away' items for a fundraiser that I'm doing for them on Mother's Day. I'll call you soon and maybe we can chat. Thanks for supporting the TaTa's.

2. Get prepared. Throw away all the junk, the processed, and the "bingeable" foods now and replace them with fresh, whole foods like lots of water and veggies. If you're not into working out, buy a new pair of walking shoes and find some clothes in your closet you feel comfortable to walk in. During a lifestyle change, if you fail to plan, then you plan to fail!

This is a great offer. Thanks for your comment. Maybe I'll see YOU in a class one day soon. Bring friends...the more the merrier.

Come in and sign up for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and we will waive your $50 joining fee. Monthly fees are only $33 and you don't have to sign a contract. Just print off the attached coupon and bring it in before March 31 to save $50.

1. Get real and be specific. Write down three or four realistic goals that you can stick to. For example, "I will try to lose one pound of body fat every week. I will walk for 30 minutes minimum five days a week." Avoid fantasy-land goals that will only frustrate you.

Hi everyone. I hope you all are doing well on your resolutions. I took a couple of weeks off to move into my new location. I invite you to stop by and check what we've done with the place. Now, on to the important stuff. You know how it goes. A little bite here. A small spoonful there. Just a taste, pinch, or lick. It seems so innocent. But, all that snacking can lead to an ever-expanding waistline and diet disaster! It seems that snacking is an American pastime. We nosh on potato chips while watching reality TV. We munch on crackers as we view our Facebook friends’ updates. We sn

She may be a real estate appraiser or agent. If there is anyone in a one-mile radius of that home who is considering listing their house, she may be using it as a comp home. Is your neighbor considering moving? Have they moved in within the last year?

Sure, you have good intentions. You want to eat healthy. But, it seems that nutritious fare is so much more costly than junk food. And in times of economic recession, saving a buck becomes a bigger priority than what you put into your stomach. But, what if you can have it both ways? A healthy eating regimen without much damage to your wallet? That’s right! Cutting back on food expenses doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice nutrition. I know many of you are coupons clippers (me too) and that works great. Here are some other tips for eating healthy while spending less: •Establish a ga
