Our Breakfast Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 until 11:00 (biscuit special only until 10:00) and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 until Noon BTW.....beginning this week we are going to do Breakfast for Dinner on Wednesday. The breakfast menu will be available all day!!

For those of you who don't know my Prime Rib preparation procedure.......I marinade my Prime Rib for 3 days and then smoke it every Thursday. It is ready to serve starting at 4:00 and we usually run out so don’t dilly-dally……we can’t just go out back and get more. But there is a consolation, if you miss the Prime you can eat the absolute best Rib Eye Steak you’ve ever had (since the last Rib Eye you had at Rodney’s). See ya at Rodney's!

Rodney is like the mad scientist when it comes to coming up with new food items. Today he’s been adding a little of this and a little of that, a pinch of something else and finally a light switch went off and he reported “That’s it, I’ve got it, Sweet BBQ Sauce”. Now you can enjoy Rodney’s creation at your table without having to ask for sweet sauce. There is a secret ingredient in his sauce, so give it a try and see if you can figure out what it is. It’s something you are very familiar with but might not connect it to BBQ sauce. See ya at Rodney’s

I have my juicy, tender Roast Beef available this week as an extra meat on our meat and two. Yum…...try it with the brown gravy. Our extra vegetable this week is Turnip Root. I boil them until tender then smash em a little...they have to have a few lumps to be like mama made them. Oh yeah, then I season them to perfection.
