I finally asked (typed) Cortana the question & someone on the help forum suggested to CHECK "scroll inactive windows when I hover over them". I had it unchecked, changed it, & haven't had the problem since. Don't understand it, but it worked.

we feed birds all year long & different birds come at different times of the year, I have an album of pictures, so many different kinds of birds. But we love the hummers. I have actually seen pictures that were posted of snow on the ground & a hummer was at the feeder. (not sure what state)

ours too. we once had abt 12 feeders out.we have cut down a bit tho.

I just decided this morning to boil some sugar water & put out our feeders. (too early I thought) NOPE Just now saw one.

Well, now that you mentioned it, at Christmas there was a drink spilled , but it dried out & works ok, except for this problem. It moves fime, just the page moves to the right sometimes. I don't remember if it done this before that or not.

Still driving me nuts. LOL

I get so many "unknow name" or caller ID just says "toll free number". I never answer them. Well, today I encountered a problem with my debit card & called the bank to see why it wasn't working. Seems the put a freeze on my acct because they caught a fraud alert, 8 days ago. I wondered why they didn't call to tell me. So I checked caller ID & they did call, but they didn't leave a message. It only showed as "toll free number". the dates were right , so I called that number & yes it was my bank fraudulent service. So what do ya do?

I'm not familiar with synching but I am sure there is a way somehow to get it from your work computer.
