My husband is in the Navy and we had to move last year. We rented out our home b/c we could not sell it. However, our renter has not paid her rent and we would like to start the eviction process (We have been trying to work w/ renter for some time now, but she is always paying late, and this time not at all). I believe that I have figured out that we need to file a dispossessory writ with the court, but not sure how to do this. Is this a form I can find online, and file with the court, or do we need to come in person to get the form and file with the court that way? Also, would the next step m

Just moved to FL (husband got military transfer here) and now I am really close to niece and nephew. I got to see them today for my nieces birthday! It was a blast and glad to be close enough to go to their birthday's.

I say when you bring her home get an alarm and don't let her have the number. Then keep it on stay while you are in the house and if she leaves the alarm will go off. Then you will have her before she leaves.
