Any recommendations for wireless printer
Squareroots replied to Squareroots's topic in Business NEWS
Thank you for the replies. I appreciate the help. My 10 year old officejet was connected to a Dell running on Windows98. Hooking the laptop to the officejet via USB when I'm ready to print sounds like a good alternative to purchasing a new printer. Where do I find the USB port on the Officejet? (Apologies for my not being the sharpest knife in the drawer about this. The old Dell and officejet were set up and ready to go since 1999, and very reliable, so I didn't have to think further about it.) -
Is there a way to connect my wireless laptop with 10 year old officejet? If not, what wireless printer would you suggest?

If you are a RN and would like to be a medical volunteer for the Peachtree Road Race, July 4 morning, please PM me and I'll send the link to sign up. I'll be driving and would be happy to meet you along 278 for the trip in.

If so, do they have to go to the courthouse together to get one? Or can one person go? Or can a proxy go?

I always get so much inspiration from threads like this. -
Did any "animal" lovers happen to notice that the P. County Animal Shelter has to be closed due to the rat infestation?

Your doctor can order an outpatient dietitian consult that may be covered by insurance. The American Heart Association has several cookbooks in the library. The Mayo Clinic has a daily email with heart healthy recipes. WalMart has low cost dried herbs - dill, mint, basil, oregano. Vegetarian websites have salt free recipes. So much has been learned about nutrition since we learned how to cook. I wish I could grow dark chocolate.

Thanks. That was great! Is there anywhere you play that isn't a "bar"??? I've been going through Simply Red before Lala closes May 31. Want to record those but can't find an iPod that is affordable. -
As an FYI, I think that being a bone marrow donor is a separate process from organ donation. It requires the donor to be alive and matched to the recipient. Bone marrow donors are much fewer in number than organ donors, and many of our population subgroups are underrepresented.

I would like to join health or fitness oriented walkers or runners in a safe group in Paulding. Not looking for anything fee based. Also, anyone doing the 1K to 5K events on Saturday mornings in metro Atlanta?
-
I would like to join a group of walkers or runners here in Paulding. I am unable to make a commitment to paid classes, church groups, or commercial establishments. Just health and fitness oriented people who run or walk in a safe group in Paulding or participate in the Saturday morning charity walk/ runs in metro Atlanta. Please notify me if you are a member or know of anything like this.

At 85, your MIL may be used to her independance but has some realistic aging issues that should be addressed. To meet her needs after she moves closer to any family, she might consider independant living where meals, social contacts, and transportation to doctors are provided, or adding an addition to the family's residence and living with them. No matter how well intentioned the family is, the realities of earning a living and maintaining a family place time and emotional limits on everyone. The pressures being placed on her during the home selling process let you know the vulnerabilities

Do you have a clunker you'd love to get rid of? Clunker heaven awaits with open arms. "The Allure of the Automobile" is starting at the High Museum of Art on March 21. As a Family Funday project, there is a need for a small car to be used for an art project in April. Donation is tax-deductible and must be committed by March 1. Please call 404-733-4464 or contact me through this site. This show will be a wonderful drive-in. If you avoid Midtown, email me and I'll suggest painless ways to see the show. 10,000 advance tickets have been sold already! Also, there are three lectures by guys

Anybody had hip replacement surgery?
Squareroots replied to Haunted Junkyard Hayride's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Another good group is Peachtree Orthopedics. They do surgeries at Piedmont. Our family has received good care from their staff. For best results, it will help to keep your blood sugar within normal range and avoid second hand smoke. Good luck.
