Thanks for all the advise. I told them that my friends had told me that Dish and Comcast had provided better customer service by coming out the next day and the scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. LOL Imagine that.

My Direct TV isn't working and they can't have a technician out until Friday. Does any one work for them that can help me before then? We did all of the things to fix it via telephone. They say something is wrong with the cable or dish. Thanks in advance.
