I started this diet in June and am now 5 lbs below my goal weight!!! Yeah! I have even added back alot of the foods I love including sweets, in moderation of course. I lost 4 lbs over the holidays eating like I want to. I have lost a total of 50 lbs and it was easy after I found the website Lindas low carb menus and recipes. There are some great recipes on there and they are very simple to make. Good Luck!!!!!

I want to thank each and every one of you for the prayers and support of Todd and our family. Just want to let everyone know that he arrived in Bethesda, Maryland last night at 9pm. They were expecting him to be on a respirator, instead he was smiling that beautiful smile and giving them peace signs as they entered the hospital with him. He is an incredible man and truly a Hero!! He received his Purple Heart today and he told the Sgt Major that he would like to stay in the service after he recovers. Thank God for all of his blessings and for caring people like all of you!! I am including in

Cpl Todd Love was Point Man on foot patrol in Afghanistan. In the a.m. Monday he triggered an IED and so far he has lost both legs completely. They flew him to Germany yesterday where this morning they were doing surgery to try to save his left arm. Prayers are desperately needed for him and his family!!! Thank You

On the old one you were not allowed to have very many veggies which was not healthy. Now you get most of your protein from them instead of all meat. It is awesome. You can get the book at Walmart for about $10 and if you go to the Atkins website you can get a $3 mail in rebate.

I was on this diet a few years ago under a doctor's supervision. I never had any problems with the HCG itself and I did lose alot of weight, but when I stopped the shots the weight was back in a hurry! I have been on the "new" Atkin's diet for the last 3 months and I have lost almost 40 lbs and I feel great. I am in the Maintenance phase now and so far it has been very easy maintaining my weight!!
