I went through the same thing with Wells Fargo and got nowhere.Finally gave up after about a year.It's there's now.I owed 247,000 on it and they have dropped it down to 125,000 and it's still not selling.All I can say is I tried.

I went to ASK.COM and they had several ideas.You would have to look it up and see which one you would think works best.I tried putting olive oil around the little yellow flowers and so far it seems to be working.Check it out...
