What office?The city manager is never in his office and the only way to get a message to the mayor is for them to e-mail him.

I have been trying to talk to the new city manager since he took over for Ken Elsberry.I have left numerous messages over the last two or three months and he just want call me back.I started leaving messages for the Mayor and he is not calling me back either.Whats up with that?If anyone on here has any information on the future developement in downtown Dallas please share it with me.I heard they were going to widen Park St.and make it the "new main st" and start by-passing the old Main St.I did see them at Park St. and East Spring St. doing some surveying one day,but I can't find out anything from anybody.

when you say fully manned,just how many men are at each station?The last I heard ther was only one man at most stations.Some had two,but the majority was at station one in Dallas.Just curious.
