  1. Actually she does sorta favor Brooke with the dark skin, dark hair, and chubby cheeks except Brooke's cheeks were bigger but she still has time to catch up with Brooke. :p :p :p

oohhh, that's where she gets the dark hair and skin from! Crazy me,thinking she gets it from her dad   :p

  2. I live off of Buchanan hwy and someone is shooting off fireworks.Anyone else see them,or know who's doing it? wonder what the special occasion is...

  3. I am wondering if you may be thinking of some else I know. Couldn't have been who I am thinking of though. He used to walk all over the area, but he had a stroke awhile back and has not been out in months.

Tall thin man that kind of walked humped over?I've wondered about him from time to time. It's been quite a while since I've seen him around.

  4. It sounds like the same man that I use to pass on the way to school a few years ago.He was always walking to somewhere and wearing the same green coveralls and orange hat.Every day.My mom said she had known his kids growing up and that even back then he always walked everywhere. How awful that only a few stopped to help. It's so sad :(

  5. Well,I was saying my vows as I was slipping the ring on his finger and I COMPLETLY forgot the next line.Mind went so blank! So I took an extra long time to get the ring on and finally was able to remember the line.I just new everyone had known I forgot my vows.I blame it on the fact that it was 200 degrees in the church!Luckily no one noticed!

Then as we were making our way up the aisle,we were supposed to have the two big doors opened for us as we approached...yeah well the person forgot his cue and my hubby ended up opening the door himself.Got a picture of that and all, lol.

But after reading some of yours, our blunders don't seem so big :D

  6. I had nodules on my thyroid and they did a FNA to see if it was cancer. Seems like it took a while to get the results back (and of which indicated cancer but when they did the surgery it was not). (Power of prayer) The surgeon ended up removing the whole thyroid since it was so full of nodules and irritation but NO CANCER. They told me that thyroid cancer is the easiest to cure.

I don't remember the FNA being bad at all. I was nervous about it but I prayed about it and as it turned out I was pretty calm when it was done as well as when they did the surgery. Talk to God and ask for His peace to be with you. I will also pray for you to have peace and calm during your FNA and for the results to be good. Good luck!

    Thank you very much :)

I had one done on my boob, and it was not fluid filled, it was solid and boy was I ready to sock the doc! He said "You're a tough woman" Man, he didn't realize what I was about to do.

Yes, solid does hurt. However, it has to be done.

    :o Ouch!

  7. You'll be in my thoughts this Christmas. My brother is serving his 2nd tour in Iraq right now, about to miss his second Christmas in the states in 2 yrs.,so my mom knows how your feelings well. I pray that God speeds your son home safely.

  8. I don't know that it is that way with every Spine Needle Aspiration though... They may have had some sympathy for us with a small child and our condition, not sure. My husband and I were REALLY nervous about the whole thing and they could tell. I think they wanted to ease our worrys some by telling us it wasn't cancer. Good luck

    Thanks :)
