Glad your family got their treasure back. Congressman Loudermilk is a good guy. He will make a good replacement for Phil Gingrey. Happy he could help you.

If what you are saying were not so pathetic it would be funny. You, who say you stand against discrimination. You have no sympathy when it is the Christians who are the victims. -
It is part of THE PLAN. Not good for America but fits an agenda.

Really? The law makers don't always get it right and a lawsuit may follow. One of those laws was just found to be unconstitutional. Implied Consent" Deemed to be contrary to the Fourth Amendment by Unanimous Ga Supreme Court in a unanimous decision by the GA Supreme Court Georgia's OCGA § 40-5-55 ("implied consent" to a bodily fluid extraction by law enforcement) was found to be unconstitutional as it relates to the U.S. Constitution's Fourth Amendment. -

Just for the record, Indiana has capitulated. They might as well get rid of their new law. It will not save even one person/business from being a target and made to do something which is in violation of their faith. We have come full circle. No where for the Pilgrims to go now in Indiana. -
I will just agree to disagree because I love you as a friend. My children are great and you have no business dragging them into this discussion. Have a great day.

So? Truth is truth do you have an issue with the truth?

Because it is not just about that. You might do well to read about some folks it has helped. http://thefederalist.com/2015/03/30/meet-10-americans-helped-by-religious-freedom-bills-like-indianas/ Here is just one from the article... 7) Muslim prisoner fights to wear short beard: Abdul MuhammadAbdul Muhammad is a Muslim incarcerated in Arkansas. He was not allowed to grow the 1/2 inch beard his religion commands even though Arkansas permits beards for other reasons. And the same beard would have been allowed in 44 state and federal prison systems in the country. In 2011, he filed suit -
You might want to check how much has moved through Congress since the landslide win in November. More than the biased liberal former Congress ever moved through. Think they may even have a budget for the first time in years. Course that is not to say I approve of what they have done......I will agree with you that they try to play all of us.

That explains a lot....

I read that they were eventually abandoned. I will see what I can find. I think it was discussed right here on p.com. You might want to read this.....http://dailysignal.com/2015/02/18/iraqi-christian-men-take-arms-fight-isis/ Help Wanted Oghanna says the training of Iraqi Christian fighters has occurred without financial support from the Iraqi, Kurdish or U.S. governments. Donations, mostly from Assyrians abroad, fund everything from guns to bullets to food.

I am sure they are all from liberal and biased sources. I will draw attention once more to this because it is so true..... “The further a society drifts from truth the more it will hate those who speak it.” ~~George Orwell

The interview I saw was a hypothetical question and she did say they would serve gays. Do you expect them to have a tattoo on their foreheads or something? How would anyone even know? All the Bill does is protect religious freedom to protect folks whose religious beliefs cause them to decline to provide a business service where it would violate it. Would it be right for someone to demand that a Muslim business be forced to serve bacon when it goes against their religion to serve it. The church of Bacon might take issue with that.... -
Here is just one. I do not intend to spend my day looking up facts that you can look up yourself if you care enough. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/02/22/mccaul-administration-policy-allowing-syrians-onto-us-soil-is-dangerous/ You have got to be kidding! They are being murdered right and left. My grandmother housed some young people from Iran who were from Christian families fleeing after the fall of the Shaw. The preference does not seem to be for these folks in today's Obama world.

Once again we disagree. He has not done anything of the sort. What he has done is bring many Muslims to America as refugees but he has not done the same with Christians who are being targeted and killed by the Muslims.

You are wrong about this law and you are wrong about who the real targets of the discrimination are. Please read the dang Bill. -
It is happening in far too many places. Where is the President on this? He has not defended Christians as he should have and he has condemned these killings strongly the way Presidents in the past would have. Why is that? I have an opinion but I will keep it to myself.

The message coming from the left is that they do intend to discriminate against Christians. If they were not there would no need for language to be added to state law to prevent it. I did not initially take a stand on this. I wanted to be sure of what it really did first. The media has totally distorted it and people follow like sheep. They need to do their own homework and stop depending on the media and their neighbors to do it for them. -

They do not care at all if a Christians rights to their beliefs are violated. I would pose the question "who are the real bigots in this case"? BTW there is no protection for sexual orientation in the Constitution. There is for religion. -

The Pizza company that has been attacked for saying they would not serve gays did not say that. They said they would not want to cater the wedding but would be happy to serve them. They have now had to close their doors because of death threats due to the Media's misrepresentation of the facts. Since when has a company ever had to cater an event they did not want to or did not meet their schedule. Think about what is really happening here folks. Before you comment on this Bill You should read it to know what you are talking about. This is from an attorney friend of mine who has read the -

You have it half right. The country is changing in a profoundly frightening way only it is the freedom of Christians to practice their belief that is under fire. Special interest groups are targeting them and provoking the problems. Why can't they simply go to another place of business? I can tell you why. It would not serve their agenda. If you read the proposed law you would know that they can't discriminate. -

We agree in part. I would not do business with someone who mistreated others but I would also defend their right to stand by their religious beliefs. I think an American Indian finally got his Eagle Feathers back because of a law like this one. So many cases like his and not one that allowed for discrimination against any special interest group.
