Mr. Tyler William Lentz, age 19 of Hiram passed away on Monday, August 5, 2013 at his residence.

 

Tyler was born on August 21, 1993 in Rome, GA, the son of Tara Wimpee Lentz. Tyler was an employee of the Spirit Carwash and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, riding four-wheelers, and Georgia Bulldog football. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Mrs. Dora Jones.

 

Tyler is survived by his mother, Tara Lentz and her fiancé, Jami Davis; two brothers, Hunter Lentz and Jase Davis, both of Dallas; Grandfather, Lamar Jones of Dallas, Great Grandmother, Ellen Wimpee; two aunts, Jenny Gentry and Melissa Jones, both of Dallas; uncle, Calvin Jones and his wife, Rhonda

of Dallas; and many other family and friends also survives.

 

Funeral services for Tyler will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 11:00 am in the chapel of the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Rev. David Birchfield officiating. Interment services will follow in the High Shoals Cemetery. Tyler Graham, Eric Graham, Brandon Brackett, Jordan Brackett, Jarrod Brackett, and Hunter Lentz will serve as pallbearers.

 

The family ask that on the day of Tyler’s funeral that you dress in Georgia Bulldog colors. Also in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice in Tyler’s memory.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 8, 2013 from 4-9 pm, Friday, August 9, 2013 from 4-9 pm and on Saturday, August 10, 2013 from 9 am until the funeral hour.
