ivhc Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 (edited) Mrs. Welch passed away this morning. Benson's is handling the arrangements. Viewing this evening 5-9 & all day tomorrow. The funeral will be Wednesday, 4:00, at Benson's chapel. She taught in the county for several years and retired as principal from McGarity Elementary.
