Developer David Pearson and Riverwood HOA sued by Riverwood homeowners

The HOA of the Riverwood subdivision and David Pearson are being sued by the homeowners in Riverwood - over 90 of them. The development is in East Paulding and is suing the HOA and developer of the subdivision for alleged misuse of the their dues.

 

The home owners have banded together to collect legal fees to bring this to court.

 

They hold town hall meetings at New Hope First Baptist church and have another one planned in the very near future.

You have got to follow the steps through the menu and click on the demand and choose this weeks news dated 2/5/2010 to bring up the screen that gives you the bar.

 

If you do not bring it up that way you will not get the bar that allows you to select.
