FreeBird
in this case, the lady is lucky to have been close to Bartow station 9 - they were first on the scene Do you ever think that it may be slow today due to rain or people not pulling over for emergency vehicles or possibly where they were at time of dispatch? no - it is due to placement or lack of units that clark has in service that unit probably responded from the huddle house on bus. 6. - at least 16 miles those are the facts and the facts say the EMS unit took 17 minutes to respond clark enroute with one to floyd - I guess the hospital in Cartersville - couldn't be in Rome? Ugadawgs98
The main problem is a good portion of this county is still rural. Ambulance services cannot run as many ambulances as they like in rural areas due to finances. There is no way a dedicated unit could remotely pay for itself in some of the remote areas.
