Clark Funeral Home Posted July 24, 2009 Report Share Posted July 24, 2009 Romas Otto Wright, age 72, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2009. He was born, November 11, 1936 in Rockmart, to the late, Otis Otto Wright and the late, Estell Lemon Wright. Mr. Wright was retired as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Paulding County Fire Department. He was a member of Ridge Road Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Sanford Wright; sisters, Faye Willis of Charlotte, NC and Linda Willis of Douglasville, GA; uncle, Robert Claude Hurst of Marietta, GA. Funeral services will be Sunday, July 26, 2009, at 2:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Dwayne Hewett and Reverend Andy Fennell officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Park Cemetery with the Paulding County Fire Department serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. I used to work at the Dallas Police Department and he would come in there pretty often when he worked at the fire station. He was always so sweet and wanting to know how my day was going. Please keep my grandmother in your Prayers she REALLY needs them! Thanks to everyone that made it out Saturday and yesterday, Thanks for all the food from the chruch and all the beautiful flowers, also MANY MANY heartfelt Thanks to the Paulding County Sheriffs Office, Fire Dept and also all the other departments that were there to show respect.
