traffic stops on DBR freeway

Thanks to the SO for traffic stops on the DBR freeway. Sounds like many are getting citations, except for county employees - who only get verbal warnings.

They should ALL get tickets unless they are responding to a call with their lights on.

The animal control officer that got stopped has no emergency lights - she was just in a hurry to get to two situations requiring quick attention. But, no one should be racing down the the freeway....

yes - but I think the officer got called to another call - haven't heard many stops over the last hour or so.

You are talking about Dabbs Bridge ? Right . I'm glad they are doing them . People fly down that rd . I know the speed limit is 35mph which is a little too slow but some people go 60mph and it's a curvy road , I've even seen people pass on it.

Think we could get them to do Hiram Sudie road next? If they get there early 5:45 to 6 AM they can catch that nut in the dark black or blue truck with the T in the back window who flies down the road and passes on double yellow lines before he kills someone.
