K-9 Grep put bad guy in ER

I've been too busy to post anything, but just wanted to give a shout-out to SO unit 138 and K-9 Grep. Grep put one fleeing bad guy in the ER this evening. Suspect was put in custody at 61 and the chicken houses. Rescue 6 and Clark showed up to help the bad guy after Grep got through with him.

You go Grep! I watched a demo by the Douglas County k-9 unit a couple of weeks ago. Even in a bite suit, it didn't look like fun. Must have made an impression on this perp since he didn't think to pack his bite suit before breaking the law.

I have actually had the honor (along with a group of cub scouts) of meeting Grep and his handler. He is a very sweet doggie and quite a police officer!

 

They should both be very proud.
