  1. Really? Then WHY was this said in the post trying to rehome her?:

"She could easily be put permanently in a home and trained out of the excited peeing problem."

So which is it...she needs surgery, or she can be trained out of it?

Your credibility has just taken a bit of a hit, it would seem...

Actually she was given to Madea, Roxie's new owner, because she had a 50/50 chance of growing out of her bladder inconsistnancies. My fiance' and I both work, so we would like dog that will travel well between my job and hers then home each day. Roxie didn't fit that description as much as we tried. So it seems according to the ungratefull new owner that she has started to show potential. Probably because her living arrangments have changed. She now lives inside and has someone constantly watching her. By the way the new owner knew she had a bladder inconsistancy so its not new to her. I am sorry if some of you disagree with this decision but we felt it was the better decison for Roxie nevermind what her parents thought.

  2. My fiance's dog, Roxie, was given away becuase she could not get her (Roxie) to stop peeing in the house when she went to pick her up or put her in her lap. She was mostly outside becuase of this bladder inconsistancey and her mother would not have the dog in the house. It was not my fiance's decison or choice to freely give her away withou caring. She tried keeping the dog for as long as she could but had to give her up. Now, she and I will be moving in and living alone when we get married, mean while the dog will stay with me. Even if the dog barks, chews, pees, and bites the dog will not be given away. This decision is both mine and my fiance's. The only reason why the new owner of Roxie has had no accidents, is becuase Roxie is now an inside dog and has someone to care for her every minute of the day.

  3. yep. His living arrangements changed or will change or some other such crap as to not allow a three pound dog. mayhap yorkies only wiegh two?

    piece of work.

Wow, I must be talking to children today. It's funny how your are so fast to throw a punch not even knowing the real story or reason behind my decision. Real mature!

  4.

Ok, great I am so glad that she will have a good home. She just got groomed so she's really pretty and clean. If you would like to see her or have more questions you may call Cynthia Nelson my fiance'. She lives in Hiram and can meet you or you can meet her. 404-862-8221

    Thanks,

    Donald

  5. Hey everybody,

    Dog: Toy Poodle

    Color: Chocolate

    Age: 3yrs

    Sex: Female

    Name: Roxie

    Spayed: Yes

    Shots: Yes

Reason: My current living arrangments are going to change to where I can not have her anymore, she needs a good home.

Note: She is a pure-bred with no papers.

She has a little peeing problem, she tends to leak, not full bladder release, when you pick her up. She doesn't pee any other time. She gets so excited to be picked up that she just can't help herself. We put a tiny diaper on her when we let her into the house, that keeps her from making messes on anything or anyone. She doesn't chew or destroy things. She is kennel trained and spends her nights in the kennel. She spends her days outside and will come in for short visits. She could easily be put permanently in a home and trained out of the excited peeing problem. She is FREE becuase she has this problem, but also we would like to make sure she goes to a good home. She is very loving and playfull and has never bit anyone.

  10. Hiram High School is where I graduated from two years ago. I liked the school, there was the obvious problem of over crowding of students, but you get that anywhere. Paulding County High School had some really low numbers in the GA state graduation tests this year with their junior class. As for any other high school I couldn't really give an opinion, but I will say that there have been more teenage car accident related deaths come from East Paulding High School in the last five years than any other high school in the county. Of course all of this is my opinion.

    Good Luck!!

  11. HURRY!!!

I have 17 acres on Hiram Sudie Road between Hwy. 92 and Bill Carruth Pkwy (a.k.a. West Hiram Pkwy) FOR SALE The property has been subdivided into four 2 acre tracts and two 4 acre tracts. Currently a 30' drive and utility easement is being constructed. The property has its own spring fed lake, located within the two 4 acre tracts. This lake is currently being redefined for esthetic reasons. All acreage constists of gently rolling hills and beautiful hard woods. The property neighbors two churches and several well-to-do neighbors. The property is just close enough to all of Hiram’s shopping centers but far enough from the crowds, also just less than 3 miles away is Hiram High School. The property can be sold as a hole, meaning that the 17 acres can be sold without purchasing the individual tracts. For information please contact Steve Nelson @ (770)-505-8566 and be sure to refer to this add. Hurry, there have been many calls on this property, but we are waiting for the best buyer.

2 acre tracts are $59,900 each

largest 4 acre tract is $157,000 - both 4 acre tracts have a lake on them

smallest 4 acre tract is $140,000

If you want to purchase all 17 acres as a whole and not broken into tracts or individually, then each acre is $30,000 each. So you can purchae 17 acres at $30,000 per acre.

Oh and I know its not supposed to be this section.

  12. Is it possible to do a drive by to see the location of the property?

Currently there is FOR SALE sign (Park West Realty) in front of the property. We are in between agents. But the land is located just after Flint Hill Methodist Church if coming from Bill Carruth Pkwy (a.k.a West Hiram Pkwy) and just before Flint Hill Church if coming from Hwy 92. It is the only land without any current housing and with a lake. Oh, keep in mind the lake is under some construction so it is mostly drained for now. The lake is being redefine for eastheitc reasons. You can alway notify Steve Nelson and ask to meet with him on the property. (770) 505-8566 And remember to refer to this ad.

  13. Each 2 acre tract is $59,900

There are two 4 acre tracts both are slightly larger than 4 acres.

The larget 4 acre tract is $157,000 and the smallest $140,000

If you wanted to buy all of the land (17 acres) without tracts but as a whole, then each acre is $30,000 each.

Again if you have any questions please call Steve Nelson @ (770) 505-8566 and please refer to this ad.

  14. Yes I know this ad is in the wrong place, I just need to make sure people are aware of this land for sale.
