  1. We play but not for a while. Right now I am trying to make room for the last update. My husband and I played Everquest. We let our 8 year old play with us. He has a difficult time with the concept of quests earning levels.

Everquest is much harder than Wow. My husband calls Wow ... Everquest Lite. We didn't let my oldest play EQ until he was 10 and he had a hard time with it. He is 16 now and types better than I do hehehee. Wow doesn't have the consequences EQ has. You don't to stress finding your body ect.

  2. My entire family plays, including our 4 year old  We played everquest for 6 years, and then gave into the dark side of Wow. Most people would Gasp at the thought of a letting small children play, but its actually educational. We have our own guild, our kids do not group with others. They only play with eachother. But, they have learned typing skills, Language arts, socializing, and money skills. My 4 year old knows how to buy low and sell high lol. It does have its share of mean people but, my kids learn how to deal with them. Being that they are homeschooled ... that helps abit in the socializing department. We restrict them to 2 hours a day. Some days they don't play at all ... but I think it can allot of fun for kids. We play Alliance on Thunderhorn and Horde on Uldaman. :D

  3. When children go through growing spurts they sleep more. That is why younger children usually sleep more. My youngest son was born small at 5 pounds. I know that might not sound small to some but our average baby was 9 pounds lol. But, anyway .. he slept a good 18 hours a day his first year. I took him in several times, worried. They just kept telling me, he is trying to catch up. So it sounds like your child is just leveling off some.

  4. I have 2 yorkie/shihtzu mix puppies for sale. They are 12 wks old and absolutely adorable i haven't got a picture of them on here yet. They are tri colored and wonderful house pets. They have their first set of shots and wormed price is negotiable!!!

Hmmm there are animals at the shelter that will Die if not adopted. The people in this thread love those animals. I really do think you're in the wrong thread.

  5. I would rather go natural. I don't really endorse the epidural. I had horrible back pain where they put it in, after my first one. I was really scared to get another. I didn't have a choice with my second one. The cord was wrapped around her neck 3 times and everytime I had a contraction, I would tense up and the cord would tighten around her neck. So they put the epidural in thinking c section. But as soon as they were gonna wheel me in, they realized she was fine. Not being in pain helped me relax, which in turn put less stress on the baby. My third one, I tried my best but that stuff they put in my IV was too unbearable. I can say after having 3 naturally, I have a pretty high pain tolerance. Whatever it is, that they use ... is just really painful. :(

  6. One more thing, if you choose to not go with the epidural. Make sure you tell the doctor everytime he comes in to check you lol. My youngest daughter, I tried to go without it. I had no choice but to give in because she wasn't coming out straight. They said it was a quarter trying to go through a square. So doctor comes in, not thinking, reaches in to try to turn her lol. Wow did that hurt .. he just looks at me and says Oh I am sorry I thought everyone got epidurals. After that I said Hook me up lol. She was born happy and healthy about a hour later. :D

  7. I hope you choose and epidural with that induction. I have 6 kids, 3 natural and 3 with an epidural. Only 2 of my kids came on their own lol. The other 4 were just too lazy and had to be evicted. It really depends on how they do it. My oldest they just broke the water and let things happen naturally. The other 3 they put a drug in my IV to speed things along. The first time, I figured ah I don't no stinking pain killers. OMG was I wrong, it is really MUCH more painful than naturally without the drug. Just giving you some heads up :D

  8. Last summer my 2 year old swallowed a pewter fairy charm that I had on a necklace. I was changing her diaper and she had put in her mouth. I didn't notice, was in a hurry. I went to stand up straight and felt a pop. She had swallowed my fairy. This happened right after that Lead scare with the Reeboks. I called poison control, they said they NEVER heard of the Reeboks thing. They basically acted like I was going nuts being worried about Lead. I couldn't get ahold of her doctor, so I just took her to ER. They did a Xray and it was past the worry part. But, they told me to bring the fairy back in to have it checked for lead. No lead thank god, but makes me really wonder if poison control know what they are doing.

  9. We have 2 kitty's that are sisters. We got them 7 years ago at the shelter. They are spayed and declawed. You couldn't ask for a better situation. There is no fighting, or territory thing. They play with eachother and always have eachother's backs with the dogs hehehee. The dogs wouldn't dream of hurting them, but the cats love to play. I am very glad we got them together. I couldn't imagine how boring life would be for them if we had only gotten one. They are the only 2 I have ever had. I don't know about other cats but, mine do not spray .. were easily potty trained ... and are the most precious things in the world.

  10. I know I will probably get slammed for this but here goes. Maybe parents need to stop working their tails off. Maybe junior doesn't need that cell phone or designer clothes. Parents these days, think they are doing whats best for their kids by giving them what they want .. not what they need. I know allot of people think they have to work, they think they NEED 2 new cars in the driveway. I stay home with my 6 kids. It's not easy I will tell you that lol. But, we drive old cars, our kids get clothes from OH no the thrift store. But, I can take my kids anywhere, and they know how to behave. I am so proud of them. I homeschool, so therefore they should be lacking social skills right ? My kids do yardwork, and behave very well in almost all situations. Parents need to spend more time with their kids. Teaching and giving them what they really do need.

  11. It really doesn't matter if it's the truth or lies. It is against the law to do this. I used to live in San Francisco and there was a case there. A woman was fired from Pacific Bell for doing cocaine. She was fired, and went and got another job. Pacific Bell told her new employer and got her fired. She turned around and sued them for slander and Won. It's illegal regardless, I would certainly find a lawyer willing to work with you.

  12. My son got bit a few years ago. It was hiding in the shower curtain. When he opened it up, the scorpion fell on his foot and bit him. It was just like a bee sting. We do see them once in awhile and kill them immediately. They like water, if you have wet towels on the floor in your bathroom ( like my boys do ), be careful. They seem to come around more often when we get allot of rain

  13. I noticed one a few weeks ago. They used girls in daisy dukes with signs to lure the men in. But, it was guys and girls in sweats actually doing the washing. If they get hit, I think their parents should be blamed. I have teenagers and I would never allow them to put themselves in danger like that. Especially out there in daisy dukes attracting all the perves.
