I became a NASCAR fan after Dale Sr's wreck. My first race to watch was the replay of the race where he died. That was when I became hooked on NASCAR.
As far as FOX only having part of the races, I wish they had all of them. I love DW. It's just not a race without him saying "Boogity, Boogity, Boogity, let's go racing boys (and girl sometimes). Is Boogity even a word? Did I spell it right? LOL
Some here know I'm a Tony Stewart fan. I still like Jr. Last year I picked Keslowski because I like his name. LOL I like Hamlin and Casey because they are cute. I pretty much am okay with anyone winning except Johnson, Gordan and a Bush brother.

I worked at the Advanced Voting at the Crossroads Library. We had close to 600 people come into vote during the 5 days. I worked at one of the Precincts on Tuesday. This precinct had just under 5,000 registered voters. We had 557 who voted. That's really sad. With so many options to vote early, I can't understand why people didn't vote. The only reason I can come up with is they don't care!

What would you charge to engrave a name on a small metal thing? LOL I don't know what you call it. We have a plaque and we update it when the troop has a new Eagle Scout. If you need to see the plaque I can take a picture for you later.
Also the troop will be needing t-shirts for summer camp. They use the same company every year because of the set up fee. I'll see if my husband wants to get an estimate from you.

What was I thinking? I signed up to work Early Elections this week. So now THIS retired person is gonna miss the race. I'm praying there is a rain delay and I'll get to see Tony or Jr win.

Ann, my husband doesn't like fru fru smells. LOL So I have been switchin my scents out. Yesterday he said what do you have in that smelly thing today? I said Peach. He said that's my favorite. My job is done. LOL

Also I have been swiching out scents. I need to know how long a scent last. I had one in over a week and it seemed to start not smelling as strong so I threw another piece in it.

Stewart and Edwards are both Champs, yeah, one got the trophy, but they were tied in points in the end. I gather you don't like Gordon...too bad, he is a good driver.
Nope I don't care for Gordon. Great driver....even better whinner!

I was on the edge of my seat for most of the race. What a race. I got ticked when after listening to the 1st lady ramble on and on they came back to the race and Tony had a hole in his front grill. I was so ill. I mean they recorded it. Why didn't they show it in the pre race stuff. Anyway... then to have Tony go to the pits several times to get it fixed and race back to the front was so exciting. The stupid decision (IMHO) to wait to pit late in the race had me standing and hollering for him to pit. I just knew that was gonna bite him in the butt, but it didn't.
Edwards was a class act. He was disapointed, but you could tell his Mama raised him right. He will get his champship soon and I will be excited for him. When he was being interviewed all I could think of was if it was Gordon who finished 2nd he would have been talking in that whinny voice crying about what others did to him.
On Facebook people were saying that cars were just allowing Tony to pass them. Well, my opinion was he had to race up to them to overtake them. Yes, probably some let him by, but some sure didn't. 4 wide on one pass...OMGOSH!!!!
I saw on a interview a day or so before the race where Tony said he would wreck his Mama to win. I'm glad he didn't have to wreck anyone to win. I'm glad both his and Carl's cars preformed great and that it was a great race.
Can you tell I'm a Tony Fan?
