The girl's had another successful weekend in Roswell. Level 2 Girls placed 2nd as a team! Level 3 Girls placed 2nd as a team! Level 4 Girls placed 3rd as a team! Each team enjoyed their cookie cake trophy!! We are heading to Cobb Gymnastics this weekend. GOOD LUCK!!

We had another exciting weekend for the Girls Team!! Level 2 team placed 1st! Level 3 team placed 2nd! Level 4 team placed 3rd! Level 5 team placed 2nd! There were many other individual awards as well. Tyra, level 7 placed 1st on beam and in all-around! Morgan, level 8 placed 1st on vault and 2nd all-around! The girls will travel to Roswell this weekend to compete. GOOD LUCK GIRLS!!

WOW!! What a weekend. Paulding Gymnastics Girls Team had a great weekend. Level 2 won 3rd place as a team. Level 3 won 1st place as a team. Level 4 won 2nd place as a team. Paulding Gymnastics will be hosting a parent's night out on Saturday, February 14, from 6-11pm. Parents can go out for a romantic dinner date while their children are entertained with a night of gymnastics fun, dinner and a movie. The cost is $25. Call 770-445-5525 to reserve a spot. Paulding Gymnastics is offering a one time gymnastics style conditioning clinic for adults. This style of conditioning is completely different than all other types of exercise. This class will consist of many different exercises for your arms, legs and belly. All of the exercises taught in the class can be done at home, so there is no need to pay a monthly gym membership. Paulding Gymnastics is currently enrolling for preschool classes. Parent-n-tot is a class offered on Tuesday mornings and is specifically designed for children who are walking and not yet 3 years old. This class is a lot of fun and involves both parent and child. As soon as a child reaches 3 years of age, we offer preschool classes in a dedicated preschool room with a full range of preschool equipment and highly trained instructors. Paulding Gymnastics will be holding a one day clinic for adults on Saturday, January 31, from 9am-10:30am. The clinic will be held at Paulding Gymnastics (106 Greystone Power Blvd, Dallas). Adults will be taught gymnastics style conditioning that is completly different than all other styles of exercise. The class will consist of many different exercises for arms, legs and stomach muscles. All the exercises taught can easily be done from home. The cost for this class is $25. We will be hosting a one time only adult conditioning clinic on Jan. 31st. This class will consist of many different exercises focusing on the arms, legs and that pesky belly! This type of exercise is different from all other forms of exercise and all conditioning taught will be able to be done at home. Each participant will receive a laminated copy of all conditioning skill with full descriptions and pictures. The class will be an hour and a half long and will cost 25.00 per person.
