Paulding Gymnastics offers a night of fun for children and a get away for parents. Once a month Paulding Gymnastics will have a parents night out. The parent nigh outs are four hours long and includes dinner and a snack. During the four hours the participants play games, complete an obstacle course, open gym time, and watch a movie in the gym. Paulding Gymnastics offers a class for 3 years old (Tumble Cubs) and 4 years old (Tumble Bears). The classes focus on improving motor skills, coordination, social skills and basics in the sport of gymnastics. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday. On August 9th Paulding Gymnastics will begin its 8th season of business. Paulding Gymnastics offers classes for beginning gymnasts through advanced competitive gymnasts. There are classes for everyone to participate including development 1-3 classes, tumbling classes, parent and tot classes, and an exhibition class. Paulding Gymnastics is currently registering for fall classes. These classes will begin the week of August 9. We are introducing two new classes this fall - An evening Parent and Tot class will be offered on Monday evenings from 6:15-6:45. This class is for any child that is walking through 3 years old. The tuition is $45/month. We are also offering Gymnastics Plus - This is a class for middle school age girls who wish to work on tumbling skills and acrobatic skills. Paulding Gymnastics is offering a class on Tuesday morning from 10-10:45 for 2 year olds. This class is structured to work on motor skills, coordination, balance, and social skills. Within the class parents and gymnasts rotate around from station to station working on numerous skills and basics of gymnastics. The class is supervised by a trained coach. On October 10th the Level 5 and 6 gymnasts at Paulding Gymnastics completed an unreal competition in Cartersville. The teams have been placing in the top three all season thus far, but they were able to rally themselves together to finish first in Cartersville. The gymnasts did everything they could to accomplish this goal. They were more focused and determined then ever. The teams are now training for the State Meet coming up in November. This is a great opporturnity for parents to go out and enjoy a quiet evening while we take care of the FUN for your children!! Saturday, September 12, 2009 is National Gymnastics Day!!! Help us at Paulding Gymnastics to celebrate this day by bringing your child to our gym. The gym will be open form 10:30-11:30 or 12:00-1:00 for gymnastics play for boys and girls ages 5-12. Each child who brings a non-perishable food item will be allowed to join our staff in an hour of playtime that will incorporate fitness and basic gymnastics. Some of our competitive gymnasts will also perform throughout this hour. Parents are also invited to stay and watch. Paulding Gymnastics is located at 106 Greystone Power Blvd in Dallas.

The Paulding Gymnastics Girls Competitive Team will start their competitive season on September 12th at the Cobb Civic Center. The competitors have been training extra hours over the summer the prepare for this upcoming season. Many of the gymnasts have so much potential for doing extremely well this season. We are expecting several state placements this year. It will be an exciting and motivating year. Many of the gymnasts competing this season will move up to the optional level next season and increase their difficulty on all of the four events. Very exciting for all of these gymnasts. Good
