Don't know about the Trump timing, but if special ops killed him a week ago and has already done DNA testing to confirm it was him, Obama trying to take full credit for giving the order today to kill him today not knowing he has been dead for a week is a major screw up on his part. But I'm sure the media will cover that gaffe.
