The same thing happened to me with Complete Savings. When I noticed they had been taking $12 a month out of my checking account for 4 months, they said I signed up when ordering from Pizza Hut. Funny thing was I went through my purchases for the entire year and had not used my debit card at all at Pizza Hut. They did return the money, and I will not be ordering anything ever from Pizza Hut. Also, I never received any emails, mail or notice of the "savings" I was being charged for.
