At 4PM today, Judge Brantley sent an email dismissing yesterday's case of Avery et. al vs. PCAA trying to prove that Blake Swafford did not have authority to submit the part 139 application to the FAA.

At the public hearings today Commissioners Crowe and Davis both went back on their promises to the voters of Paulding County and said they would be voting to not roll back the millage rate completely...I mean TAX INCREASE?
