  1. Wouldn't the debt of any law suit be the result of those who file the suit? If they didn't file the suit, there would be no expense (debt).
  2. Since you did not respond, let me respond... "Operators of Part 139 airports must provide aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF) services during air carrier operations that require a Part 139 certificate." FAA Webpage That does not mean 24/7/365. That simply means when operations are in place that require coverage of a Part 139 certification.
  3. I think part of the problem is that nobody can define our economic team.
  4. Nigeria plays today at 6PM against Spain.
  5. The millage rate was set. The budget itself can still change. Personally, I expect it to change.
  6. As you have pointed out, the county has not elected the Chairman yet, just as they have not elected any new school board members, and coroner---YET. To date, the only thing that has occurred is the Republican party has decided who will represent their party on the ballot for these races. The Democratic party will not have anyone on the ballot for these races. Let's make no mistake, the November ballot is when the Chairman is elected. November's ballot being a presidential election, I fully expect the turnout to be much higher than 4%.
  7. Please share with everyone where you are finding the aircraft rescue and fire fighting requirement?
  8. 6'-9" Andy Ogide is an American-born Nigerian basketball player who attended Hershel Jones MS and graduated from Paulding County HS. He attended the University of Mississippi before transferring to Colorado State University to graduate there. After college basketball, Ogide settled into pro basketball, where he currently plays with Hapoel-Migdal-Haemek in Israel. He led his team in scoring with 20 points a game for the 2015-2016 season.
  9. Paulding County Commissioners today voted to place a referendum [Yes or No] on Sunday Alcohol Sales as a part this November's ballot when you vote for President. In addition, the Commission voted to reduce the millage rate to 6.188 today from 6.528....meaning NO tax increase. Both votes were 5-0.
  10. Thousands of stranded Delta Air Lines passengers around the world braced for what the company called "large-scale" flight cancellations and long wait times Monday, hours after a power outage crippled its global computer systems. The Atlanta-based carrier said the outage began at around 2:30 a.m. Eastern. Flights which were already en route were operating normally, but others were delayed or cancelled. In Richmond, Virginia, boarding passes were written out by hand. In Tokyo, a dot-matrix printer was resurrected to keep track of passengers on a flight to Shanghai. In New York, self-service
  11. At 4PM today, Judge Brantley sent an email dismissing yesterday's case of Avery et. al vs. PCAA trying to prove that Blake Swafford did not have authority to submit the part 139 application to the FAA.
  12. Rumor is one case was dismissed today (Wednesday). Not confirmed, just a rumor.
  13. From the elections office video "“Qualifying for independent candidates or write-in candidates for the November 8th general election will begin on Monday June the 27th and will continue through noon on Friday July the 1st. For more information about qualifying as an independent or a write-in candidate please call 770-443-7503”"
  14. Whitey, are you aware that even write-in and independent candidates have to qualify? The qualifying period has passed with nobody qualifying. http://www.paulding.gov/CivicMedia?CID=ElectionVoting-Info-14 (info starts at 34 second mark)
  15. Exhibit 1. A complete lie to try and discredit a small business owner and good man. tundraYea, you need to see who she really is. Like she gave "free" spaces to Ron Davis' competition and Dave Carmichael at the Spring Fling. Sometimes knowing all the facts is a burden, I understand. Exhibit #2 Another lie and attempt to discredit a good man, from your post on Facebook... "Well, ya if anyone was curious why Roger stopped doing interviews with Paulding Uncensored, there ya go. Of course we know Carmichael didn't have the questions in advance. LOL" The picture you responded to cl
  16. Whitey do you remember this post... tundra Icon Members 3,276 posts Posted 30 March 2016 - 12:17 PM WHITEY, on 30 Mar 2016 - 08:20 AM, said: Yes, he was. In fact I was the one that told you that, you know I would never lie to you. I ate lunch at the same table with Jerry at a meeting last week. Doesn't mean a thing. Jerry is NOT Roger's campaign manager. In fact, I know his campaign manager very well. He's young, smart, and a political science major at University of West Georgia. He's really thinking about going to law school. Edited by tundra, 30 March 2016 - 12:24
  17. Yes, I voted. To many have given their lives so that I have that freedom to not vote.
  18. At the public hearings today Commissioners Crowe and Davis both went back on their promises to the voters of Paulding County and said they would be voting to not roll back the millage rate completely...I mean TAX INCREASE? Please tell me that these two elected officials didn't go back on their promises to the citizens of Paulding County.
  19. Considering the first vote Leggett ever had in office he didn't listen to the people and voted against their wishes I can never vote for him. That vote against the people's wishes ended up in court where the vote was overturned for the people. He has done nothing to convince me that "Roger Listens." As Whitey says, he is a GOB. Most likely the most GOB of GOBs in the past 20+ years. All of that before I even get started on his staged videos with trumped of voter forums and meeting with the citizens. If you listen and watch closely, its some of the same individuals asking questions in e
  20. No worries Whitey...you will be loved.
  21. What is this secret page you are all talking about?
