In the past when I was in the military the Flu shot would make me sick but that was long ago and times have changed quite a bit concerning the flu shot. Since I have been getting the flu shot and my family has gotten the flu shot none of of has suffered from the Flu for more than a couple days. My opinion is the Flu shot is well worth the effort.
