I believe that Hiram United Methodist Church has a clothes closet, and they do not charge for clothes if someone wants to go there and ask during the week, but especially during the 2nd and 3rd Saturday from 10 to 12 am. That is when the food pantry is also open. They also accept donations.

I ate lunch with a friend 25 years ago and almost died choking while laughing!
