This is clearly election year drama because someone who is out to get him saw the opportunity to ruin him. I have never heard anything but good about Mr. Valbuena and would bet my left arm he is exonerated of this. I too wasn't there obviously and don't have the facts but knowing Valbuena's character he is not an unethical man and would never abuse his power as a judge. just remember folks, don't judge what you don't know.

Good words "Proud Raiders Mama" !!!! These kids have been crucified since day one of this, called spoiled brats, criminals, felons, etc etc etc etc. Are you people commenting and calling these kids that so perfect that you cannot see past this mistake they made? Who are you to pass judgment anyways? Do you have all of the facts, of each child and each parent, their home lives, etc, since you are passing judgment as to what kind of parents these kids have?? were you at the "scene of the crime" ?? Hmmmm? Have you ever done anything in your life that you maybe shouldn't have, but got away with?

I had a friend who was on probation with supervision services and the tard turned in some let's just say less than credible hours.... and when the PO went to verify the work he got busted and had to not only start completely over for a new set of 80 hours but also got to answer to the judge as to why he attempted to "forge" the hours. Was not a good experience for him so again I'd just say it is not worth it.. do the hours, move on with your life.

Word to the wise..... I would NOT recommend falsifying these community service hours/documents and ending up in potentially more trouble. If you accepted this offer and enrolled in this voluntary program, chances are you feel you are somewhat guilty, and deserve some form of punishment (or perhaps you simply feel there was a substantial likelihood you would've been found guilty had you taken it to trial). Either way, don't mess this up by doing something else stupid. We have ALL done something stupid in our younger years... I think this is a great bunch of kids who made a bad decision. Don
