Okay great guys! My takeaway...there is either some secretive underground tunnel system...a bulldog with gas...or a dude that had BBQ for dinner and has explosive gas as well. I'm gonna sleep good tonight. Keep it classy paulding county!! SMH...

Pubby: No there was nothing after. This is another reason I felt the need to post....it seemed bizarre to me. A huge blast 2 weeks in a row with no emergency response? Does anyone on here listen to scanners, did anyone call into 911 regarding this? If so, what was the response?

A new tunnel??? Care to elaborate? This is the first I have heard about this.... && no way it was a transformer...this was a major blast...my house shook, windows rattled...dogs went crazy!!!!

Did anyone here that loud BOoM about an hour ago?? It was incredibly loud and my house shook....Hiram Sudie/61 area. I heard a similar one last week or so...but this one was much more intense! Anybody else hear/feel/see anything? Any clue what it may be?

My husband is stuck over there as well. He just saw a bus collide with a jeep bus #67. Kids on bus...waiting for more updates but he has been stuck on 92 for over an hour

Well you're not crazy...glad I captured it on video. I don't know what it was, maybe lanterns, but the flight patterns were very steady.

Yes this is exactly where I saw it. Off of hiram sudie rd. They were very high, much higher than the fireworks. I think the sky lanterns make sense. The only thing is they did not appear to be affected by the wind what so ever and some of them did not rise but just appear and disappear at this altitude.

Yeah, this seems like the most reasonable explanation. Though they were not moving with the wind. They were hovering and appearing and reappearing. I'm not sure you can tell in the video. It was very strange.

Last night at midnight we stepped outside to watch the neighbors shoot fireworks...we noticed well above the fireworks a bright red/orange ball of light then about 9 more appearing floating in formation ...this went on for about 2 minutes. They were silent and hovering. Definitely not fireworks. I captured video of it. Ive never seen anything like it. Did anyone else see this and know what it may have been?
