Maybe If I treated the habit like a 20 yr abusive marriage I can quit! Cause in all honesty that's what it is. Or overcome the fact that I'm weak and show some strength. Kudos to everyone whom has quit and stayed quit!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear heartache you and your family have felt. Stress and traumatic events don't help at all. I have tried the patches, gum and even have a e-cigg. But after 20 plus years of it nothing compares to a real one. I know it's a mind thing and you have to have a tremendous amount of willpower to just stop. I think it's easier for some folks maybe because you just come to that point in life that you just overcome it. Or you get tired of saying okay I'm gonna quit this week and yet fail again. UGHHHHH!!! Sorry, I guess I sound very discouraging. But, the text do help you think twice!
