Clark Ambulance Did not agree to be a Sponsor. They were only to provide EMS coverage for the event. We have also not seen any advertisements relating to the airshow with our logo on it.

Clark Ambulance Service was not working under a Sponsership aggreement. We were asked to provide an emergency service for the airshow. Just as the other emergency services that were working and being paid for their service. It is true that on Monday before the show we asked how we were going to get reimbursed for our services. Then 2 days later we recieved the email our services were not needed.

For events this large there has to be an incident action plan that is prepared. Staffing is only a small portion of this plan. The other companies were able to come in on short notice because all the planning was complete.

We would like to thank everyone for their concerns about Clark Ambulance not being present at the air show. Only to clear up any confusion, we would like to state some facts for the reasons we were not present. In February of this year planning began for the air show. Clark Ambulance was the ambulance provider for the show. All the meetings were attended by our director during the planning stages. A great deal of work, time, and effort was put forth by the director during the planning stages. A plan was put into effect and ambulances were going to be provided for both Friday and Saturday
