You guys are great. Sometimes reading reviews drives me nuts and sometimes it makes it all worth it. It's an exciting time for us here at Dixie. In the next few weeks we will be going through a much needed revamp and relaunch of the restaurant with an all new menu, some friendly new faces. Don't worry though, I'll (Billy) still be here and so will all your favorites like the family sized Ribeye!!! I thank all of our military and military families out there. I was deployed with The Air Force reserve for a year away from my family. It was tough but very rewarding. I felt like it was an honor and a privledge. I have to say that most people in the military love what they do dispite some of the hardships that go along with it. We all believe in this country and what it stands for. It is worth defending. My unit is again deployed. A knee replacement keep me from going. I pray every night for all our military and their safe return.

Since its finally cooling down a little, I can finally start doing the Chili, Pot Roasts, Dumplins and Pot Pies that I have been wanting to do for the past 6 months. Hey thanks sooo much for all the kind words!!! Its finally started to cool off a little so I put on a big pot of South Western Chili today for lunch so come on out and getcha a bowl.
