This happened to my husband's card Saturday. Our bank is amazing and caught it immediately, called us, and cancelled his card. Charges were from Marshall's in NY and a railroad station in NY. BE CAREFUL!

I don't want to sound like I've given up yet or anything but from what I've been told this is not a good situation. This is completely unfair. With so many businesses closing down, you'd think there would be something put into effect to cover those who are going to suffer by not getting paid. If this was just a few days I wasn't getting paid for, that would be one thing but it's a FULL two weeks, 80 hours. I am looking for advice and/or answers to a problem me and 5 other employees are dealing with. Any helpful suggestions are welcome. Problem: My employer shut the doors Friday, Jan 13th. No warning, no termination letter, nothing. Just said go home. He also told us he does not have the money to make payroll, which would have covered Jan 2-15.
