One of them (the young man deployed in Afghanistan) asked for books, snacks and anything to help pass the time. His birthday is in two days! I am going to ask what kind of snacks and books he likes then send him a few of them. <3 Either that...or I can throw together some books. At first I was thinking guys would like action, mystery, and horror...but I think he may see too much of that over there. Either way, I am going to ask all my friends to make him birthday cards and send them all over there at the same time.

The awkwardness is what scares me the most. XD My cousin hasn't been back from Afganistan long and he said that the hardest part of being over there was not having anyone outside of his family to talk to. He said there was comfort in hearing from your family, but it always felt better to have someone who didn't have to be proud and supportive of you tell you that they were. Thank you for your kind words, but it really is my pleasure. <3 I have been looking for a program to sign up with for a while now and this one just ended up coming across my facebook page from a friend. Tell y

It is a squinty eyed smiley. It works on some forums, but not all of them . . it is! Lol. Thankyou, I have been wanting to sign up for a while. Oh, I would love that! I dont know if I can be there in person because I have a few interviews coming up. If I can, I would love it. Do you do stuff like this often? EDITED TO ADD: I use a lot of these without thinking about it. ^-^

http://www.adoptahero.us/Forms/adopt_a_hero_form.htm You just fill out this form here. When you get accepted they send you an email with their names, addresses, deploy date, return date, birthday, hometown, whether or not they have access to a microwave or boiled water and some time they even give you a list of stuff the need/want. Two of mine say anything, please. XD But the other two say something. One is snacks and letters and the other (whos bday is in 3 days!) ask for snacks, letters, and book. He says he wants something to pass the time. He is currently deployed in Afghanistan...

http://www.adoptahero.us/ I have adopted four lovely members of our Military. One is in the Air Force, one is in the Navy, one is a Marine, and the other is in the Army. <3 I am really excited to have this opportunity. The Marine that I got is actually a young lady from Griffin, Ga! If you have any spare time at all, I recommend signing up for this program! I am having a small issue though, I don't know where to start! I start writing them and get stuck. I have never done anything like this before and anything I have to say just seems like it would be really insignificant when co

Nope, that one isn't me, I live over by Travis Tritt. XD If it is the house I am thinking about, they are part of the reason I have this service. I talked to a few individuals that have this service before deciding to go with them. I was also a little hesitant after I read the reviews, but not a day goes by that I am not pleased with their service. Reasons why I love them: 1) They are truthfully a local company ran out of Douglas County, Georgia! 2) They actually put the trash cans back the way I had them...the way they are suppose to go (with the 'this side face road' actually facing

I used A OK! They are located in Douglas County and do Douglas County and Paulding County. http://aoktrash.com/ I love them. I actually pay a little extra for the pink cans, but at least I know some of my bill is getting donated to breast cancer awareness. It also makes my house really easy to find. They are very nice, understanding people and always come on time. They've never tried to charge me extra for any reason, or tried to raise their prices. You can also pay online or on the phone. I have had numerous issues with past providers.

Making my DH some hamburger helper...cause he doesn't like Squash. XD I will have a small serving of that, but I am baking me some yellow squash, zucchini, and acorn squash. I bought it fresh from the farmers market today.

These were taken up in Acworth ... Ignore my dog. XD I went alone that day and no one messes with me when I have an 80lb love bug with me. XD High Shoals Falls (no enhancements) Stout Park (Cobb County) Taylor Farm Park can have some cute areas... I have so many pictures that aren't even uploaded anywhere. lol. A few places I can't find pictures of include: 1. The downtown Powder Springs Park. They have some nice steps there and a few other good areas. 2. White Oak Park. Best photo shoot locations are off trial. 3. K

Hey... look what I found. July 2011, the first time I had ever seen thing. XD Let me find some of the other places real quick. BTW: I believe she is speaking of the rail road track. XD It is considered trespassing... but hey...that's were some of the best pictures come from. XD You may think I am crazy, but check out http://www.facebook....atkaphotography

Omaha...it's been a while. <3

My only advice about the train track is.... be careful. Stay as far away from it until you want to be on it... make sure you keep your eyes open (more than just though the view finder), it is best to go in groups and have one or more people watching each direction. when you are on it, feel for vibrations...get off if you feel the slightest of trembles. I have seen way to many bad things happen with trains, I'd hate to know that me telling you about that spot hurt someone (especially you or your family/friends). If you end up going, I wouldn't mind going back with you. XD I'm scared to go

West Metro is the ONLY place I buy my meat.

Thankyou. I can give you the mile marker for the tunnel soon. I love biking from Hiram to there, but it is a long ride. XD It is best to start from the Rambo Nursery trailpoint and head out that way. The rail road... like I said...I am pretty sure it illegal to walk on/be on. Not too sure about the rail road laws. lol. My ride forgot about me at the CTC up in Dallas and I was going to follow the railroad down to the one in Down town Hiram and then get off and go home via the roads from there. XD I only made it as far as the bowling alley before I got to paranoid and stopped. XD I really

I can let you know if the dog will eat it. XD However... as far as human testing goes... not it either.

Please... tell us more. XD You defiantly caught my attention with that one. Awww. <3 Have fun! There also deer heads there. Two of them. Last time I went I believe one was wearing a graduation cap and gown. XD When you ask for an old coke sign I automatically think of Douglasville. xD It isn't a sign, but it is a mural that has been there for a while. It is on Hwy 92 on the first building after you cross over Bankhead Highway. I can look for more. My Grandmother owns a restaurant over in D'ville and she might have an antique sign or two I just have to ask. O

O.o;; I'd be scared to know what kind of meat I was eating.

Ugh. True and it makes complete sense. Is there any place other than the dealership to get these? EDITED to ask: What exactly does the LMA do? Would it hurt to drive on it? (haha, I don't know if I would be willing to risk it even if you said no)
-
He adjusted them as soon as he put them on. I will check those measurements with him tomorrow after her gets off work. Is there anyway to figure out which LMA it is? Those things are around $40 each. Wish I had that kind of money at the moment.

Very very far from knowing all this. I am not afraid, or ashamed, to admit that I don't know all that much about cars. I am trying to learn though. My fiancee wouldn't tell me exactly what to put. I never new the Si didn't mean Vtec, every Si I have seen so far is a vtec. I have learned many new things today. The LMA is a spring type. It is more of a tick than a knock. it does seem to go away once a higher rpm is reached. But when you take the LMA off and push on them they aren't sticking so I don't entirely understand what the problem could be. I really need to get this car fixed and I

nearly two hours later... I have managed to get the video to upload from my phone. -.-;; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jW4x-10tz1c

To anyone who knows anything about cars... we are having an issue... another issue. First things first: 1993 Honda Civic Del Sol Si. 5 Speed Manual Transmission, 1.6L Engine, && of course the Si means Vtec. Issue 1: Knock. Valves have been checked, rocker arm assembly replaced. Could it be the LMA (Lost Motion Assembly)? They don't stick when they are out of the car. Is there any way to have them checked? Issue 2: While idling...the car has started revving itself. Could the two issues be related?
