I started this.post when I was watching channel 2 news and they were talking about Stuff the Bus. They were wanting people to bring school supplies. This post was not "against kids" It is against deadbeat parents. You have to wonder if parent's school supply money is being used for cigarettes and lotto tickets.

Back in the day, mothers and fathers were responsible enough to buy their children school supplies. Now it has because a community project charity. I am old fashioned, parents should take care of their own kids and not expect charity

Can a passanger in the car use a cell phone ?

On the front door of a drugstore in downtown Dallas, across from a Church, not mentioning any names, there is a sign. The sign says "no public restrooms per Federal Law." Now, I am not complaining, I have a phobia about using public restrooms and avoid it if I possibly can. My only question is the Federal Law part. Does anyone know which federal law this is?
