I saw that you are moving to Dallas soon! We have a house that we will be listing soon, either for rent or sale, not sure yet. It is a 4bed/3bath split foyer with a fenced in back yard with play set and goldfish pond that will be either be selling for $165k or renting for $1200/month. It is in Vista Lake subdivision and has a pool, tennis court, soccer fields, and lake!
