Paulding Quick Bail is who posted the bail, the bond was set by Judge Beavers without a bond set there would not have been a Paulding Quick Bail
I get that Beavers set the bond--I know how it works (didn't work in a law office for years for nothing). The thing I am saying is that if you look at his record--the following are down for who authorized the release. Most arrest records have the name of the bail company there, not the Judge. Just makes it look like a lot of favoritism. Could be an easy explanation that the person keying in the info was wrong, but it does make it look suspicious.

Secretary of State website shows Raymond F Phillips? Or at least he is the CEO, CFO and Registered Agent.

If you look at the Sheriff's info--his release was authorized by Judge Beavers. Most folks will say Paulding Quick Bail or another bail company. Very interesting.

And since when can you get out of jail for murder for $1600?
Like I said before, maybe the news stations need to question why so low compared to that guy that killed his son a few years ago. Killing is killing--period!

Warrant signed today. for Johnathan Bates Warrant issued by court so the judge signing can set a bond. Tony Beavers set 15,000.00 bond WITHOUT Bates even being arrested. Bates has not been located nor arrested. but bond has already been set.. so as soon as he is arrested, or appears in front of judge, he can go home as long as someone is there to pay his bond since the bond has already been set and signed
Bates has 1 count malice murder, 1 count felony murder, 2 counts of child cruelty against him but yet he will be out on bond? how many people are sitting in jail right now for no bond set for less crimes? and I am referring to paulding jail.
I have never ever heard of bond being set before the accused even appears in front of a judge or is arrested. this was done a$$ backwards . he should have been arrested, and NO bond set.. but if there was a bond set then that should have been done after he was arrested..
Somebody needs to go back and see how the bond was set on that guy that killed his son a few years ago. I remember that it was set really high and then they went back after a few months and asked for it to be lowered. I just don't understand how a bond can be so low for those charges. Sure hope the news stations stay on top of this.

All Judges in Paulding are related. Things will not change until some new blood comes along.

I can't for the life of me figure out why you don't run against Judge Beavers. You've often said no one will run against a judge because if they then loose the election they will have an unfair disadvantage when they come up in front of that judge after the election. Do you really think you have anything to loose?
Maybe because he is not an attorney??

Seems like the kind of story some investigative reporter would love to get their hands on, don't most local TV stations have a anonymus ways to contact them with stuff like this ?
Exactly what I was thinking!! The family should have her death certificate that would surely show the correct cause of death?? If I remember, she was on life support for a short period?
Some folks in this county have gotten away with stuff for far too long!! Something needs to change!!!

This person has 9 arrests just in Paulding. The latest, on 4-24--only shows Misdemeanor Probation?? Everything from DUI , possession, stalking and battery.

Yeah, but if Hilary doesn't get indicted--we are in worse trouble. I have no idea exactly who would be worse, but my thoughts are leaning to Hilary!

Actually, the child died last night, they just didn't tell anyone until, today. They are saying the Mother accidentally shot the child but, they also said the Mother was fixing the child's hair, when a gun fell and went off. I just don't understand, WHY they are saying two different things. Who had possession of the gun when it was dropped? Where was the gun, to begin with?
People need to teach their children to stay away from guns, NOT to touch guns and they NEED to keep their guns put away, IF parents aren't going to teach their children about gun safety. Children do NOT need to know where Mom & Dad keep their weapons and ammunition. This child did NOT have to die!! Rest In Peace, Sweetheart Rest In Peace!!! Prayers and Condolences for ALL involved!!
I would love to hear the 911 call that was made for this. Not being morbid or anything, but I think there are several different stories floating around and we are not getting the whole truth.

I feel bad for anybody that has cancer, but, my personal feelings are that if I am 90 years old--why do cancer treatments? I feel that it would take just as much, or more, of a toll on the body as the cancer would. I guess I just think different than most folks. I certainly hope that my family wouldn't subject me to the treatments, if I were in the same position.

I heard they found a 20 year old behind the house dead. Everybody thought it was the man that use to live there.
I think that was somewhere off Ridge Road--towards the other end of Ridge Road.

It is a shame in such a small community that there are so many thing we do not hear about.
And even when you do hear something, it is usually wrong information (news channels, online sites, etc.) How hard is it to get a street name correct or a town name?? And these folks are supposed to be professionals!

Oh honey, believe me, he would walk down the middle of the road and smirk at everyone he saw!! That is just how brazen he is.
And yes, I have actually met him and his (very much older) wife--even been to their mansion out off 30A (but not inside). Not impressed at all!!

Middle school is usually more teacher specific so you would get at open house of the first few days of school. It is not too bad for middle school, maybe just a certain kind of notebook, folder, etc.
