We need a different bookstore than just your average run of the mill bookstore chain. Someone that can pull of something different for a change. Otherwise, I'd just rather utilize the internet.
Because HUD is the new subprime. You used to be able to buy a home with no money down, now you can do it, only it is a better deal. The government just wants to make it look like it did something about the subprime loans.
