We used Turbo Tax online. It was free (even with itemizing). They ask you to pay for State--but you can decline it. Using Turbo Tax was free and efile was free. We received the refund in January.

 

For State filing I filled out the forms and printed them from the Georgia State website and mailed them in--so that was free, too. I mailed them at the end of January and my refund is scheduled to be mailed within 2 weeks.

We don't have that problem--but have had other problems with Comcast. Call and ask for Todd--they say they can't guarantee who will come--but they have sent him went I asked. He's fixed several problems for us when other service techs could not.

We've already had pre-emergent--but it sounds like your price is better than the service we're using. How many treatments do you do in a year and does the price remain the same for each treatment?
